Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through https://remoptics.com.

1. Shipping Locations

REM Optics currently ships throughout Australia.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order. This is separate from delivery time.

During peak periods, promotional events or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • Regional and remote areas may experience longer transit times.
  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events or peak demand.

REM Optics is not liable for delivery delays outside of our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

There are no minimum spend requirements.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information for delivery updates.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and our Returns & Refund Policy will apply.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will assess the matter promptly and resolve it in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law and our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Delivery Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

REM Optics is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
